Schedule for Immunizations

This is the immunization schedule that is used in our office per the CDC guidelines.  Please feel free to ask Dr. Kosse or Joy any questions you may have prior to the administration of the immunizations. 

You may also refer to the VIS sheets that you will receive at the appointments. 

You may also visit www.cdc.gov/vaccines to answer any questions about the recommended schedule for routine immunizations.

Flu Vaccines: recommended for all children 6 months and older


Please note that if your child is behind on immunizations, this will alter the recommended scheduled. In the event of this happening, the nurse will place your child on a "catch-up" schedule so that your child can be current before he or she starts kindergarten.
